Rnd 3 – puff in same sp as sl st, *puff in each st around, sl st into 1st puff to join. [20 puff]

Rnd 4 – ch2 (count as 1dc), 1dc in same sp as ch-2, 1dc in ch-1 sp between puffs, *2dc in top of next puff, 1dc in next sp, rpt from * 19 times, sl st into top of ch-2 to join. [60dc]

Rnd 5 – sl st into every st around, cut yarn, fasten off, weave in ends.
